ROOF SYSTEM
Description and Technical Data
Designed to provide robust structural support, the MAKROS system utilizes expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels with reinforced concrete ribs, creating a high load-bearing slab ideal for both floors and roofs.
This system's panels allow for the configuration of a permanent formwork system for ribbed slabs integrated into the compressive layer of the system, forming a monolithic reinforced concrete diaphragm.
The panels are manufactured with expanded polystyrene (EPS) and structured with two galvanized steel C-section posts, gauge 22, separated by 30 cm. Due to its modular design, joining the panels creates a cavity for placing prefabricated reinforcements with F'y=5000 kg/cm² steel or F'y=4200 kg/cm² rebar.
The system is treated with a flame retardant agent.
